Right from our initial sit down with Michael we were impressed. Market insights and buyer expectations were clearly outlined and we walked away with peace of mind that Michael and his team would deliver a great result. With regular updates and an open dialogue we felt confident throughout the process that our expectations would be met. The added complication of having a tenant in place did not get in the way as Michael was able to suggest and implement strategies to target different buyer types.
