Ben was the agent who looked after the entire sale process for the house I recently purchased. Throughout the whole sale, from the first inspection to the settlement, Ben always kept in constant communication about the status of the sale and explained it easy to learn terms which was a huge help for myself being new to the market. He was also always willing to schedule inspections, even on late notice, during the sale process in order for me to organise furniture and other important issues before the settlement date which was a huge help. Overall, in my opinion, Ben worked tremendously hard and at all times in a professional manner throughout the sale.
