Being first home buyers not knowing about how it all worked was an understatement, and Michael made it easy for us and broke everything down for us. Not only did he help us with everything, one of his newest members Luke Hughes was there for us also. Before meeting Ben, we had been searching fruitlessly for two months, only to get pipped at the post each time. We arrived to the open house in Dapto a little weary at the process thus far, but were surprised with the excellent presentation and quality of the home. Also impressive was the sale materials we received: the booklet was detailed, informative and beautifully designed. We were not followed or pressured at the inspection, but left to explore the property at our own pace. Ben was able to answer all our questions, and made time for us to have further inspections. There was quite a bit of interest in the home; throughout the negotiations process we were kept informed and felt that Ben handled the competing offers in a fair and professional way. Really, Ben made purchasing our new home easy! Things went smoothly, with Ben helping us with each of the steps we needed to take and the owners getting a sale price well above the initial price range. And are we happy in our new home?
