Bens approach towards selling has been nothing but honest, respectful, courteous and professional. Being able to log in to our own personal webpage and view feedback has been invaluable. Before being contacted by Ben we had already had many encounters with other Real Estate agents. With the market the way it is at the moment, we went through many open houses and even a few offers. Not only did he help us with everything, one of his newest members Luke Hughes was there for us also. Before meeting Ben, we had been searching fruitlessly for two months, only to get pipped at the post each time. We arrived to the open house in Dapto a little weary at the process thus far, but were surprised with the excellent presentation and quality of the home. Also impressive was the sale materials we received: the booklet was detailed, informative and beautifully designed. We were not followed or pressured at the inspection, but left to explore the property at our own pace. Ben was able to answer all our questions, and made time for us to have further inspections. There was quite a bit of interest in the home; throughout the negotiations process we were kept informed and felt that Ben handled the competing offers in a fair and professional way. Really, Ben made purchasing our new home easy! Things went smoothly, with Ben helping us with each of the steps we needed to take and the owners getting a sale price well above the initial price range. And are we happy in our new home? Absolutely!

We chose Ben James to sell our house again because to be 100% honest he is the only person we trust with our most valuable possessions. There is no one else in the real estate business that I would trust enough to handle our business. With Ben I would never second guess my decision or wonder that when the sold sign went up, that we could have "got more money" because we know that he puts his heart and soul into his job and takes on every client with the intent to please and exced your expectations. Ben has amazing communication skills, so I am never wondering how any part of the sale is going because if Ben has feedback I can safely say i am his next phone call with any update as little or as big as it may be, i know about it. We put Ben on a very tight time frame and he succeeded with amazing results that proved we made the best decision once again to go with him. Ben is honest, reliable and trustworthy, traits that are hard to find in some people so it is more than refreshing to deal with such a good person when selling your home. So we have successfully sold 2 house's within 10 months with Ben and of course we recommend him! We're just short of stopping random strangers, making a jersey with the guys name on it and shouting it from the balcony of our new place.
