Dave presents an honest and personal approach to real estate. A Tasmanian through and through, Dave's big personality and local network has established a great network of repeat and referral business from his clients across the East Tamar and Launceston area. Having worked across different agencies and then Harcourts for a number of years, Dave made the leap into business ownership with his partner Sheree and now they lead the team at Harcourts East Tamar, continuing to build on the solid foundations of Harcourts in the region with their award winning team. Dave and Sheree live in a house they built themselves along with their son and an Alaskan Malamute and a German Sheppard which they consider their family. Dave wants your real estate experience to be as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Great Salesman

As we live interstate we went with David based on his local knowlwdge and reputation. He was honest from day 1 advising the market was down but our propoerty price was right and just needed the right person to enquire. He found the buyer and secured the sale whilst 3 other similar units are for sale, i beleive it came down to his stategy.

Made everything seem simple even when we felt a bit overwhelmed

House sold while he was away on holiday and he took the time to send congratulatory email. Was helpful with the technology of sending paperwork to out of town lawyers. Always available when needed, happy, caring man who was a pleasure to deal with.
