Above and beyond

I can’t recommend David highly enough. He went above and beyond to help me secure my new home, and I am incredibly grateful for everything he did. Buying a home is a huge decision, and David was incredibly patient, responsive and reassuring throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions, kept me informed, followed things up and, when something needed extra effort, he didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile to help make it happen. What I appreciated most was that David was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping me get the right outcome. He was professional and knowledgeable, but also kind, patient and understanding throughout what was a very important process for me. Thanks to David’s persistence and willingness to go above and beyond, I am now the very happy owner of my new place. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would wholeheartedly recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

David and his team achieved a remarkably quick sale at a price well above our estimation.

David and his team at Harcourts East Tamar were outstanding. They achieved a remarkably quick sale and secured a price well above the range David had initially estimated. Throughout the process, David and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were warm, friendly, responsive, and highly professional. David was also refreshingly honest and transparent about what to expect, including the risks and challenges presented by the current financial environment. Having bought and sold homes across Australia since the early 2000s, we've worked with many real estate agents over the years. Without question, David and his team provided one of the best experiences we've had. Thank you so much, David and the entire team. We couldn't be happier with the result.
