Our land was not listed for sale, however George was aware that we had recently moved interstate for work and had put our building plans on hold. He reached out to us to find out what our intentions were with our block and if we would consider selling. Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru. We felt part of the sale ,and had input during the negotiations etc. Liaison with our conveyancing team, was important as we had difficulties with the purchasers “legals”.
