Harcourts have always made it easy for myself and my husband with our two investment properties. I spent 2 years with another real estate and had my property manager change 6 times. Harcourts have a dedicated team who gets to know owners, tenants and ensure everyone’s needs are met.

I have rented through Harcourts in the past and was very impressed with them as an agent. I am now a homeowner and am renting out my own property with Harcourts. I have found them to be really helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Harcourts for their services and professionalism.

The Arundel were team were very helpful while we were securing our rental property. It was a highly stressful period due to the current shortage of rental properties and the team were patient and there to assist us through every step in the application and rental agreement.

Could not be happier with the way these guys have looked after me over the years. Always quick getting back to me with quotes and getting any needed work done. A couple of times I have thought about selling at what turned out to be the wrong time. Rather than take an easy commission, they gave me an honest opinion on where they thought the market was headed and were right on the money both times. Today I am glad I didn't sell, & continue a great working relationship with these guys.
