My family and I recently relocated from NSW to QLD. We had significant trouble getting a rental property until we spoke with Karla from Harcourts Arundel. Not only did she help us to find a number of properties that were suited to us she kept in touch with us regularly and guided us through the process with such professionalism and care. We truly appreciate everything done by Harcourts and Karla. I highly recommend this real estate agency based on their empathy, compassion and knowledge of the area and processes.

From our first point of contact the Harcourts team in Arundel have been so welcoming and friendly. They took away so much stress trying to find a rental from Interstate and always replied promptly with any e mail or phone call we made. We are so thankful to have them as our rental agents and know we can approach them with any concerns we have.

I found the staff at harcourt very good, easy to deal with, very quick to get any problems solved and very polite and friendly , nothing seemed to much of a problem for the staff, I haven’t rented for many years and a lot of things have changed, they were very helpful explaining to me all the new procedures as a lot of these are now online , I would have no problems recommending harcourt at Arundel to any of my friends and intend to use them in the future when I am buying a property Great experience

Harcourts Arundel have been my agents for the past 12 years. I have nothing but praise for them. I leave everything up to them and all maintenance and repairs have been handled without any problems or shoddy workmanship. I even had A/C installed without lifting a finger. I have just had the unit refurbished which they handled and coordinated on their own without me being inconvenienced. Highly recommended.

We are lucky to have local friendly property managers. From the minute I saw Amy and Neil I felt that I can trust them. Amy and Lynda are very prompt in their responses, they made me feel that everything is under control and took a lot of my worries away. Honest and professional team that knows the local market well. Cannot even imagine better agents for managing our property.
