Amy is a lovely person and highly professional. The house inspection went smoothly, and she took the time to answer all of our questions while showing us around the property. Communication has been outstanding throughout the rental application process, with regular follow-up emails and updates on the status of our application. We couldn't be happier with how smooth and stress-free the entire process has been, and that's largely thanks to Amy's dedication and support. We highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable real estate agent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amy was on the ball from our first meeting, she was that thorough infact that the same day she viewed our property, she had prospective tenants lined up the same afternoon to view the property and had it rented that same night. She is very responsive and is confident in her work.

Amy was fantastic in securing us solid tenants in only 2 days since we engaged her - achieving what our previous property manager couldn't in over 20 days. The thing that stood out the most was Amy's constant communication throughout the process, providing timely updates and answering any and all questions we had. We are very happy with the service and outcome received, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harcourts Elevate and specifically Amy Cartwright.

We had such a wonderful experience with Amy throughout the process of securing our new rental. After attending the inspection, I spoke with her directly about how important this property was for our family, especially with our baby due very soon and needing to be close to the hospital. Amy was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely empathetic. She took the time to explain exactly what we needed to do to give ourselves the best chance, and she truly advocated for us throughout the application process. Her support and compassion during such an important and stressful time made a huge difference, and we are so grateful for everything she did to help us secure our new home. Highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about people, not just properties
