Chantelle Norris is extremely professional, honest and hardworking. In the event any maintenance is required, it is dealt with promptly, this is great for both tennant and landlord. Chantelle is also very customer centric and balances her responsibilities very well between landlord and tennant. As a landlord, it is fantastic to have clean and reliable tenants. Chantelle takes the time to get to know people, when others would not.
