Amy from Harcourts has been absolutely amazing in helping my family secure a rental property. We had such a fantastic experience with Chantelle from Harcourts Elevate. From the very beginning of our rental application, she was incredibly professional, responsive, and understanding. Her communication has been outstanding — always keeping us updated, answering our questions promptly, and making the whole process stress-free. Chantelle went above and beyond to ensure everything was clear and smooth, and we truly appreciated her approachable and professional manner throughout. It’s not often you come across an agent who is both highly efficient and genuinely caring, but Chantelle strikes that balance perfectly. We couldn’t recommend her more highly — thank you, Chantelle, for all your help!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently switched to Amy after growing frustrated with our previous property management company, who had become increasingly slack and unresponsive. From day one, Amy was a breath of fresh air—professional, proactive, and incredibly efficient. She took the time to understand our property and priorities, and promptly went above and beyond to secure the perfect tenant. Everything was handled with zero fuss and a smile on her face. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and only wish we’d made the switch sooner. Highly recommend!
