We had a situation with inherited tenants that werent paying on time and behind, delays by the tenant in getting tradesman in to fix things and property not well kept. In addition our previous agent was not responsive via email or phone and not addressing issues. After changing to Harcourts, they were on the ball. Emails and calls were answered within minutes, the team share info between each other so easy to talk to anyone and they addressed all issues. The tenant was too far behind and they have managed in 5 weeks to move out old tenants, find new tenants and help fix all the issues.
