Strong knowledge of market dynamics and have always been able to quickly source new tenants when required within appropriate time frames. They've been pro-active with one challenging tenant in the past and were quick to communicate with me on the issues as well as including options enabling me to make quick decisions. Always responsive (usually within a couple hours), pleasant, courteous and willing to help.

Harcourt Elevate property managers are very efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. They are very knowledgeable on local rental market including the demand and supply of the leasing properties and the latest market trend of the rent. They will always provide the best advice on tenancy legislations and requirements to both landlords and tenants prior to leasing.

Lynda was amazing when we missed one open home due to misunderstanding ,she made another time for us to view knowing we had to make a decision on another property on the same day,or we would loose it and have a huge struggle to find a place with short time to go to lease expiring.we had a great inspection and she already had our application details and gave us the go ahead the same day was a stressful time but linda helped us move forward many thanks linda
