Ben Noakes has been our agent for assisting us in buying a property in WA while interstate.
We have really enjoyed working with Ben Noakes whilst buying an investment property in WA. We were interstate so Ben had to do FaceTime with us to view the properties we looked out. He was very professional, friendly and displayed excellent knowledge of the properties we viewed. If he did not have information, he found it and came back to us promptly. We really appreciated the way he walked us through the properties - He showed us each of the property in a thorough and timely fashion, allowing us to see the fine details and not giving us sea sickness like other agents who are NOT used to doing FaceTime. He placed value on us by listening and acknowledging our requests as we went through the negotiation and finalising the sale of the property. The Property management team complimented him with finding us tenants again in a timely manner even though it was the beginning of the year and many companies are shut down. Ben was extremely Friendly, Polite, Super efficient and went the extra mile
Ben understood our goal, our interstate location and went out of his way to help us with video inspections, photos or quick information despite time zone differences. Helped us with the all over package of introductions to the rental property team, information required of strata for the bank and just made the purchase seamless and easy. Great communicator and everything he said he would do he did. Would happily buy another property through Ben.

As I first home buyer the thought of entering the market was a daunting prospect, after meeting with Ben all of those nerves were put at ease. Strong negotiation skills. Exceeded expectations and over delivered.
We purchased and then sold a Scarborough property through Matt. In both cases he showed patience and delivered. At no time did we feel pressure from his end for a quick sale. More a recommendation and leave the final decision up to you. He has the sellers position first and foremost, however showed appropriate concern for the buyers, filtered out the time wasters and supported the final groups to get the deal done. He also showed his resilience with some adversity with a debatable B&P report finding along the way trying to stop unnecessary expenses at our end. I’m happy to recommend Matt and would definitely look him up if back in the Perth market in the future.
