We have really enjoyed working with Ben Noakes whilst buying an investment property in WA. We were interstate so Ben had to do FaceTime with us to view the properties we looked out. He was very professional, friendly and displayed excellent knowledge of the properties we viewed. If he did not have information, he found it and came back to us promptly. We really appreciated the way he walked us through the properties - He showed us each of the property in a thorough and timely fashion, allowing us to see the fine details and not giving us sea sickness like other agents who are NOT used to doing FaceTime. We purchased and then sold a Scarborough property through Matt. In both cases he showed patience and delivered. At no time did we feel pressure from his end for a quick sale. More a recommendation and leave the final decision up to you. He has the sellers position first and foremost, however showed appropriate concern for the buyers, filtered out the time wasters and supported the final groups to get the deal done. He also showed his resilience with some adversity with a debatable B&P report finding along the way trying to stop unnecessary expenses at our end. I’m happy to recommend Matt and would definitely look him up if back in the Perth market in the future.
