Adrian is lovely to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the Scarborough market and knew exactly how to get the maximum price for us. He’s always got time to answer to questions, and as a buyer I would appreciate his honesty and knowledge on the house. He worked relentlessly over the weekend contacting dozens of buyers and negotiating the best offer out of very many, instead of just being happy with a decent offer. Absolutely worth the fees!
