I was looking around for an agent who would get me a good price for my town house . I met quite a few agents from big Real estate Agencies and got appraisals which were much below our expectations.Then by accident I came across Shaktika . She was polite, patient and listened to us and guaranteed us a price that was way beyond our expectations. We were not sure at first but went ahead with her since she came across as a hard working and honest person.Personally she was with us every step and was always available on phone or in person to guide us through open house. Here is the best part, Shaktika sold our house at the price that she promised, that too in two weeks time.She was really helpful even during and after sales to find us rental property at a short notice.
