A consummate professional who does not confuse loyalties between the Buyer and Seller. A patient, knowledgeable negotiator and property advisor who tries her best to achieve the desired outcome. Our experience as a Seller has been nothing short of brilliant, where Shaktika got us the best price for our property amidst cut throat competition from other sellers. Shaktika had provided allot of guidance and very prompt results when we initially put our property on rent and she and her team managed our property quite effectively through the tenancy period. When we decided to sell, Shaktika was again our agent of choice due to her very professional approach and masterful market knowledge. The sign on process was educational but efficient and her recommendations for others in the sale process were also credible. The advertising was done nicely, she managed the viewing process with great efficiency and ultimately her superior negotiation skills were instrumental in very quickly finalising the sale. Shaktika is pleasant but straightforward and we felt we were in very safe hands all throughout. We'll always prefer someone like her acting for us if ever a need arises.

We first encountered Shaktika & her team at an Auction of a property we were interested in purchasing. We were not the final bidders on the day & so our conversation was brief. However, her approach impressed me. Later that day, I made contact with Shaktika, and her ability to keep her commitments, even as to the time she would call back was impressive. We made an appointment to meet the following day. She worked around our schedule & has always been punctual. I later found out that the day of our appointment was actually her day off! We continued negotiations on the purchase of the property we had previously been unsuccessful for. At no time did Shaktika pressure, coerce or showed any annoyance towards us or our offer. The purchase eventuated very smoothly within 5 days. We subsequently contracted Shaktika to sell our home. Everything went according to plan. Her Price Guide could not have been any closer. All those whom she employs, her Sales Team, Admin Team, Photographers, Video Camera person, & advertising agents have the highest professionalism and pleasantness. We have had a very successful auction campaign for our home and are very pleased with the results. Shaktika and her team have done an amazing job!! Thank you!!

Shaktika did everything possible to make sure we were confident in buying the property prior to the end of cooling off period. She accommodated our request to meet them at their office at 7:00pm in the evening to sign the contract after we agreed on the price. We did have a good experience (prior to paying the 10percent deposit). However, the fact that both of us (me and my husband) used to work and would be able to make it for inspections, takeover keys etc, after our work time (6:30pm) was not appreciated. We were instead reminded of scenarios they went out of the way to help, which we did not think was really professional to do. Probably this is something they would need to consider improving on.
