After some time I contacted Andrew again and he assessed our property again, explained the options and then clearly went through the rental procedure. After looking around on the central coast for a fair amount of time, and not getting much help from any other agencies at all, it was so refreshing to receive professional, prompt assistance from Harcourts. A special mention has to go to Amy Pham who was been responsive, professional and always willing to help. It almost seemed too good to be true at first, but that's just the level Harcourts provides.
