It was a pleasure to purchase a home from Andrew. After many unpleasant experiences with previous real estate agents while trying to purchase a home, it was refreshing to experience Andrew's approach. He was professional and helpful throughout the process.

We would highly recommend Andrew and his team at Harcourts Carlingford, from the beginning Andrew dealt with us very professionally but also with heart, we were not just another number we could tell he cared and he worked tirelessly to get us the result we were after, Andrew is one of a few agents that works with integrity and is very genuine, we are very grateful to him and his team and can’t thank them enough!

Andrew and his team did a great job in assisting me buying a house. He went through rounds and rounds of tough conversation with the vendors (and the disagreement between the two vendors), put himself in to facilitate the best outcome for everyone, handled the drama right before the settlement and helped achieve a balanced outcome betweenyself, vendors and the tenants. He is definitely recommend for his professionalism, communication, problem solving skills and result-driven approach.

If you need an agent who does what he says he will do, then Adi is your agent. Purchasing a property is never easy but Adi made it as stress free as possible, demonstrating tenacity, exceptional negotiation skills, an excellent knowledge of the local market and most importantly was true to his word. And if you also want an agent who will go above and beyond, look no further.

Words can not express enough about the hard work, patience, passion, drive and honor Andrew Magro brings to his job and team every day. We really wonder if he has an off switch, because all day every day Andrew and his team were switched on 100% to sell our very beloved home. What else can I say, other than, this gentleman brings respect, love, empowerment and passion to his job, the market and your past or future home. Thank you Andrew, fantastic job. Andrew and his team was nothing but IMPRESSIVE! From the first discussion of the market, to communication of the marketing plan through to inspection feedback, Andrew and his team was always there to provide suggestions and feedback. I think nothing is more important than open communication and an agent willing to work hard to achieve the best result for the client. We were very satisfied with ANdrew and the Harcourts team
