We have known Andrew for almost 20 years since we got our first investment property and, more recentlly have worked with him both for rental management and the selling of our house. He is very friendly, professional and is always willing to help. His extensive knowledge of the Property market and Local area is exceptional. Even though we knew him for a long time, it amazed us how hardworking Andrew and his whole team is and how they strive to achieve the best outcome when selling our house. Not only is Andrew willing to reach out to potential buyers, he is constantly ready to answer any questions we had which we are extremely grateful for as it provided us with a clear picture of the situation and peace of mind. We Highly recommend Andrew and his team (Harcourts Exclusive Carlingford) for Property Selling, Buying, Renting and all property Management. Andrew, Thank you so much for your patience and your willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best experience and results when working with our properties.

Hugely grateful for the assistance of Adi in the sale of our property. He and his team truly worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. We could see the long hours they put into the sale. Perhaps the best testimony we can give is that we would happily work with Adi again if and when we next sell!

It is always good to see a Win-Win for both vendor and purchaser. Both parties are happy on the date of sale. And Adi and Joseph have made this happening for sale of 22 Yale Close North Rocks on 26th March, 2022.

I have been dealing with Andrew Magro for a number of years, so it made sense to use Harcourts Carlingford to sell my property. He gave an honest appraisal of the property based on current market conditions in the area and his advice in what was required to have a smooth sale was spot on. His communication throughout the sale process is faultless with regular updates on how the legal aspects were progressing. Needless to say I was very happy with sale result and would highly recommend Andrew and his team for Buying ,Selling Renting and Property Management.

Andrew was simply outstanding. As first home buyers, it was a very steep learning curve for my partner and I and we quickly realised there was a LOT more to buying a home than we originally thought. Andrew’s help, expertise and time was amazing and we are forever grateful that he was able to help us achieve this milestone. I would strongly encourage anyone to use Harcourts Exclusive in the future. Thankyou Andrew!!

From the beginning Andrew was straight and honest with us, leading us through the process, advising and gently suggesting what to do to get our property looking the best. Very practical advise, and a genuine attention to detail to make sure everything was right. We were blown away with the number of views and the number of bidders and we are ecstatic with the result. In fact the whole team did a great job with a win for everyone. Highly recommended.

We already knew and trusted Andrew, as Harcourts Carlingford have managed our investment property for a number of years. When we decided to sell Andrew was upfront, transparent, and organised. Being interstate sellers, Andrew made life so much easier for us by helping us source stylists for the property and tradespeople to made a few improvements before we hit the market. Andrew was excellent at communicating, created a marketing timeline and kept us up to speed with progress of open houses and offers as they happened. We had an offer we were very happy with in less than a week and thanks to Andrew it was an easy process for us. We would absolutely recommend Andrew and Harcourts Carlingford!
