We had a few agents come out to the property before asking Andrew . Something was missing amongst all of of them . I mean we knew an experienced Real Estate agent could sell the property , however we needed someone who would go the extra mile , who will provide pure honesty throughout the process no matter if it’s good or bad . This is where Andrew came in . The first meeting with Andrew was incredible . I mean someone with that much energy at 7.30 in the morning was a great first impression for my husband . Andrew did a lot of background research on our property prior to the meeting and gave us a lot of information on the first day along with handouts for us to take home . This meeting was well prepared and Andrew obviously did his homework before his first Appointment .My husband described him as being very informative , honest and came across with a lot of experience and just had a very good vibe about him . Andrew was willing to sell our property and Keep us up to date throughout the whole process . This was important for us , as we weren’t always at the property and with a busy schedule at home , we needed someone we could trust if anything came up .Andrew went over and beyond our expectations , from letting Stylists, Cleaners, Photographers, Tradesmen in and out of the house when we were unable to be there , advising landscaper of what to do and going back to the house to check to make sure it was ok , to lending a helping hand when we had issues with the Carpet Installer and Painter . These are only a few issues mentioned , also to offer assistance on his day off to help out ! Andrew was very informative throughout the whole process, updated us on a regular basis. We found him to be very friendly, kind and extremely efficient.On the day of Auction Andrews communication skills were second to none , we knew every step of the way what was going on and finished with a great result ! Andrew was the property manager for approximately 18 months leading up to the sale of my property and was also the agent for the sale. He was a proactive property manager and he offered excellent summaries on prospective tenants, was readily available to discuss any aspect of the management of the property, would discuss and coordinate any required property maintenance, organised the payment of invoices associated with the property, provided all relevant documentation (end of month, end of financial year, etc.) in a timely manner, and all rental income was received on time. Andrew has a great knowledge of the property market (rental and sales), and provided regularly and timely updates on the progress of the sale, both prior to and after settlement. I would highly recommend Andrew as both a property manager and sales agent.

Where to begin. Probably like everyone else, we called a few different real estate agents to kind of shop around. The majority of which seemed to talk a lot about themselves and their own achievements. Andrew was different straight off the bat. Andrew seemed genuinely more concerned with our wants and needs though wasn't afraid to call it how he saw it. Andrew was straight forward in his assessments though always wanted to do better for our benefit. It came across as genuine every time we spoke. Although we were warned not to go with out of area real estate agents, by in area real estate agents, we did chose Andrew . . . taking a chance and hoping not to be disappointed. We were not disappointed in the slightest. Andrew was in constant, prompt communication from prior to the photos being taken, right through to settlement. This even included out of hours visits and phone calls due to my schedule. I felt bad about eating into his family time but Andrew brushed this off as being "all part of the job". The day of the auction, Andrew and his team were absolutely fantastic. Pleasant yet also understanding, as I was selling the family home of close to 40 years. Andrew and his team achieved a price above our target (and above the lower targets of the in area real estate agents), as well as exceeding his own personal target for the property. This I feel was due to his knowledge of the industry and his strong work ethic. I would recommend Andrew to anyone who was looking at selling. And if ever I find myself wanting to sell again . . . Andrew would be the only agent I contact.

I bought this property together with my sister who is not in Sydney. On the same day the vendor accepted my offer, I had to signed the sale contract. I thought I only had to give deposit and signed for the deposit. The advice I was given is my sister's name and signature can be added during the settlement. In fact my solicitor told me that they need to redo the whole sale contract and I need to get the power of attorney for my sister. In the end, I had to paid extra to my solicitor for the cause. May be it is a simple mistake from the agent's understanding but it may need to be cautious with the next customer with the similar situation.
