We had an excellent house to sell and required a professional agent to do the property honour. We found that agent in Andrew Magro, who was capably supported by John Linquist. They combined as a good team. Andrew provided my wife and I with confidence that an auction was the best way to proceed. His understanding of the real estate market in the North Rocks area, supported by an understanding of market forces, particularly in a time of economic turmoil was important. The timing of the proposed auction was a key issue as the potential clash with Easter and Anzac Day were significant considerations. Andrew navigated is through these variables while retaining our confidence. Andrew's desire to achieve the best price for us was done in a way that did not create false expectations on our part. He was always realistic and this is evidenced by the auction price achieved. Our property sold at the pre- determined reserve price. We appreciated Andrew and John's proactive communication style. They are engaged without being intrusive. This experience commenced at our first interview to ascertain our requirements and continued as questions from us were explored, through to the auction day when final questions were asked about the auction procedure.
