Ross the Boss.
Ross is a great country agent, cant be beaten on local knowledge. He is laid back, easy to talk to, and presents well (except when he rips the bum out of his pants!).He is not particularly slick or polished or pushy.He presents as very genuine and I think buyers especially those from the city like that. My only complaint was that sometimes he did not give enough feedback after open houses and inspections. I know he worked hard to sell 1 Gunda Place, it was never going to be an easy sale. His time and effort are most appreciated. He is also a delight to deal with when I was the buyer. Think he did really well to manage 3 sets of people all at the same time so we could settle the sales on the same day.

Bugger! I meant to press the other button - don't want to write a review, don't remind me again! Barry was helpful and attentive to our concerns throughout the process, albeit this was brief! We really had a dream run. I particularly valued his advice when we decided on a market value for the property, and when we came to negotiate with the buyer on an agreed price. It is at these times that the agent's skills and knowledge are most in play. We were also impressed by Barry's interest in bringing new technologies to the business. Although it ended in disaster, and we never got the aerial shots which looked so good at the time, using drones will bring an important new dimension to the market presentation of properties. Margaret and I both wish Barry well with his various ventures in the future. Finally, we selected Barry on the recommendation of a Comboyne local!

Such a pleasure to deal with.
This was my first time buying at auction. I also did it while my partner was overseas and unable to be on the other end of the phone. Ross organised a private viewing for us and didn't complain when it took over 90 minutes for us to measure spaces and check everything out fully. He also followed up on our questions from that inspection. He gave us a good ball park figure of where we should be thinking in terms of price and was very kind and reassuring to me on auction day.
