This was my first time buying at auction. I also did it while my partner was overseas and unable to be on the other end of the phone. Ross organised a private viewing for us and didn't complain when it took over 90 minutes for us to measure spaces and check everything out fully. He also followed up on our questions from that inspection. He gave us a good ball park figure of where we should be thinking in terms of price and was very kind and reassuring to me on auction day.

We are so thrill with the result of the sale of our home of 36yrs at 1857 Oxley Highway Wauchope as we have achieved our sale price.
