Marc was wonderful in our recent sale. If we had a question he would give us an answer within hours. He helped us with negotiation and guided us to the best price achievable and always explained every part of the negotiation. We were never pressured. I found Barry to be very responsive to my needs as a vendor. He tried to accommodate our requests and provided timely and excellent feedback on where we stood with the various inspections and then with our ultimate purchasers. Barry was an excellent "go between" as is his job and certainly played a leading role in getting our sale to exchange. Other agents told us our house was overpriced and we should reduce the price, Barry disagreed and he negotiated a sale very close to our list price. He only brought people to look at our home that were able to afford it, he knew what we wanted to achieve and didn't try to talk us down in price. The buyers knew up front that we were sellers but we were not going to accept ridiculous offers. We are very pleased with the result and anyone wanting an honest agent who has the vendors best interests at the fore should give Barry a call before they list.
