Other agents told us our house was overpriced and we should reduce the price, Barry disagreed and he negotiated a sale very close to our list price. He only brought people to look at our home that were able to afford it, he knew what we wanted to achieve and didn't try to talk us down in price. The buyers knew up front that we were sellers but we were not going to accept ridiculous offers.
