As a buyer in the current market, I had become accustomed to being treated with disdain by real estate agents, but Lise was completely different. She returned my email within 4 hours, and organised a private viewing for a property within 24 hours - driving up from the Gold Coast to Springfield Lakes on a Sunday afternoon. She then gave us 3 days to put in an offer - normally we were given less than 24 hours. We had our offer accepted, and Lise walked us through the whole process (as a first home buyer I wasn’t sure how it all happened), and was actually more informative and helpful than our conveyancer. After settlement, we discovered there was no remote for the garage, and Lise gave us a spare one that she had! When the time comes, we will absolutely be asking Lise to do the sale for us.
