As a buyer in the current market, I had become accustomed to being treated with disdain by real estate agents, but Lise was completely different. She returned my email within 4 hours, and organised a private viewing for a property within 24 hours - driving up from the Gold Coast to Springfield Lakes on a Sunday afternoon. She then gave us 3 days to put in an offer - normally we were given less than 24 hours. We had our offer accepted, and Lise walked us through the whole process (as a first home buyer I wasn’t sure how it all happened), and was actually more informative and helpful than our conveyancer. After settlement, we discovered there was no remote for the garage, and Lise gave us a spare one that she had! When the time comes, we will absolutely be asking Lise to do the sale for us.

Rudy initially advised us if interest in the area where our property was located. He then very swiftly arranged a valuation, ( a bit high in retrospect), which we felt we would take advantage of and put our property on the market. Rudy had the property on the market very quickly, arranged everything and we had our first offers after the first open home. The initial offers were a bit low, but Rudy advised us to continue to market at the original price and after a few weeks we achieved a price we were happy with. Rudy then helped with the sale process recommending a local solicitor for the conveyancing and providing them with information. Altogether Rudy achieved a great result for us and made it virtually hassle free. I would recommend him.
