Jason was involved from the beginning and kept in touch about all potential buyers. He never pushed me to make a decision which I appreciated. He also took care to ensure the tenants were not overly disrupted and they had plenty of time to vacate. In the end I dropped the price to what seemed reasonable and from there it was smooth sailing. I first called Jason in late November/Dec 2017 about a house he was selling. He told me I had missed out as it had gone under contract the day before. I hung up, and forgot about it. One month later Jason messaged me and asked if I was still interested in the property. This was great news, and smart of Jason to recall my details. I called Jason immediately, and within 20mins he had sent the contract, and within 1 day I had signed the contract and got my finance sorted out. Jason was great to deal with, and was straight forward/honest and fast on the communication. I highly recommend Jason, and I will be using him again if I ever decide to sell this house. I am extremely happy with the house, and the service. Jason didn't "sell" me the house. He knew my requirements, and was quick to show me a house that suited those requirements. From the get go Lise was very warm and welcoming, NEVER pushy. Never once did we feel that she was doing wrong by us, always felt like she had a genuine desire to take care of us from the moment we viewed our 2nd house with her and made an offer. She was reassuring when things weren't going as smoothly as expected with the bank and never made us feel like we were going to lose our house, EVER. Our first proper sit down with Lise; I said to my husband, "That's my kind of Agent!" "We are so blessed!". I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a warm and beautifully spirited agent who isn't cold and just pushing for a sale. She is a breath of fresh air!
