I gave Jodie a call for advice regarding the potential sale of our house, having had previously had good dealings when she worked in rentals many years prior. Jodie was on site within an hour, and had a proposal to me that evening. When we decided to move ahead with the sale, Jodie was active in trying to achieve a sale and provided excellent written feedback to open homes and inspections. We were very happy to have a contract presented to us in just over 2 weeks, and towards the upper end of the advised price range. I would definitely recommend considering Jodie if you are looking to sell in her area.

My dealings have all been with Jodie Lambourne, I originally contacted Jodie about another property, she booked me in and showed me through, I was doing the smiling nod you do when your worried they will try and corner you... but i think Jodie picked up on it. Jodie then asked me what i really saw myself in? what the house I visioned was like?.. I explained, Jodie then told me she would like to show me a different property and asked if I was free to go straight there ... I had been looking for so long i figured whilst i was there.. why not.. It Was Perfect!!!! Jodie showed me through it a total of 3 times cause i wanted to be so sure... I get my keys in just over a week and i am stoked. I recently decided to sell our property and after meeting a few local agents decided to go ahead with Jason and Jodie. I mainly dealt with Jodie throughout the whole process who I found professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Jodie and Jason have been in the real estate business for many years and it shows. The communication between Jodie and myself was spot on. She made the selling process so much less stressful and worked very hard for us to achieve a good sale result.
