I was cautious as a first time buyer dealing with a sales agent, as I'd been warned not to trust them, and that I'd get pushed into a deal. When we met Lise, we felt her warmth immediately but I remained cautious. But i soon realized not once did she make any suggestions or put any pressure on us to make an offer. She merely allowed us to roam and was just there to answer questions. When we decided to make an offer she made herself available to get the offer through ASAP. We were at the office at 8.30pm and she didn't mind one bit. She is, hands down, one of the loveliest human beings and to find an agent with this genuinity and passion to help the buyer is extremely rare. She was there at the drop of a hat to answer questions throughout the contract period and was so genuinely happy for us. The house was on the market 6 days and the first potential client came through. We did our bit and presented the house, and Lise did her bit with the buyer. Contract followed within days and that was that.
