By way of background, we, being a number of executors tasked with selling a deceased family member's house, were aware of Adam's and Lise's reputation but thought that we better play it safe and do our full due diligence. The decision was quite simple - they were informative, fully responsive to the concerns and questions of different executors with clear answers and without any superficiality. They presented themselves as seasoned professionals and quickly proved themselves to be just that. They advised us as to how we should present the house, recommended competent and inexpensive contractors to help us and were always available to discuss different issues. Adam and Lise quickly effected a sale at a very good price but for completely unrelated reasons, the sale did not proceed. Although this was a bit of a setback, Lise had in the meantime managed to identify another potential buyer who quickly made an offer that we accepted. The sale has now settled. We are very happy with the outcome. And with hindsight, after reflecting upon the sales pitches made by the other real estate firms, we definitely made the right choice.
