Jodie was fantastic from the very beginning organising an unscheduled inspection within hours of my enquiry, assisting to get price agreement between us and the sellers and then follow-up in making it easy to have the contract signed, building inspection down and access fr the valuers, all seamless and all in a week. Always rings back and responds quickly and nothing is a problem. This is genuine gold star customer service something lacking in many sections of the real estate industry which have had it good in the last few years.
