Steve is one of those rare real estate agents who really cares about both people and properties. He’s genuine, kind, proactive, responsive, and knowledgeable. Steve has been so helpful with arranging to inspect properties, answering questions, providing information about pre-inspection reports, and has gone over and above at every stage. Sometimes it’s hard to know if you can trust people these days - and whether you’re a seller looking to sell the property or a buyer where Steve is technically representing the other side, you’re in good hands. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Steve, and had an excellent experience with him from the first viewing of the property to settlement. Great person who provides old fashioned service and has excellent values.
