Unfortunately, our experience with this real estate agent was extremely disappointing. The level of communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and we frequently had to follow up ourselves to obtain information or clarification that we reasonably expected to be provided. We found the communication to be lacking in professionalism, transparency and responsiveness. When issues arose, we did not feel adequately supported, and on several occasions we were left feeling that our concerns were not being taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner. Buying a property is a significant financial commitment, and we expected a much higher standard of communication, professionalism and assistance from the agent representing the property. Instead, the process was made considerably more stressful by the lack of support and communication. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agent to others looking for a professional and supportive real estate experience
