We invited 3 agents to our house and all were very good. Shad stood out because he give us way more information than any other had, and important information we hadn’t considered. Shad explained his strategy and how it all works. We all know selling a house is stressful enough but when you have Shad on call to answer all your questions it certainly lightens the load. We were provided with tradies, solicitors and stylists, all or none of which we had to choose, but we did find all of them very competitive!
