I would like to thank Shad and his team for all his work and successfully selling our house. Shad definitely goes the extra mile and also was able to arrange contractors, styling, and a handyman to help during the covid lockdown when we couldn't be on site. Shad is informative and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. Shad worked long hours on our sale, and we had many late night chats when securing the sale I would recommend Shad and his team and would definitely use his services again if the opportunity arises.
