We have dealt with numerous real estate agents in the past and frankly speaking, I didn't have good experiences working with them ( selling my house) Shad is a down to earth professional that has done a lot of work with his amazing team and work very hard to achieve what we want. He is a good listener and a good communicator, gave us a lot of advise on how to present the house well to maximise the house value. He also would often go out of his way to help us, such as working on Xmas Eve to pick up the keys for us; empty and sort rubbish from the bins for us as our neighbours had been placed not recyclable materials into our recyclable bins (we are out of state) then lock the bins in the garage so the new buyer can use them when they move in. The list goes on. We greatly appreciate the hard work you have done for us and would highly recommend him to anymore. You will not disappointed
