Shad was really easy to deal with, very straight to the point no stuffing around which was great. It didn’t feel like we were being fed marketing lines or anything inaccurate and the whole process was really quick. Shad and the Harcourts team have been really accommodating with early access to the property to organise trade quotes and bits and pieces before settlement which has been really helpful both for our budget and to plan the move. Hoping to stay put in this home for a long time to come but if not would definitely deal with Harcourts again
