Signing the agreement was easy. A bit of a glitch in communication around utilities but rhe team sorted this out to my satisfaction promptly.

Having recently had a change of tenant in less than ideal circumstances. The support and assistance provided by the team with a special mention to Taylah our property manager who has been great. We changed agencies due to an ownership change but I can say that all dealings we have had with the agency have been professional and supportive and in the best interest of our property and supporting us remotely. Pheobe and Josh made renting a property smooth and easy, helping us every step of the way with every minor detail and made things happen quickly so we could move in to our rental. This was especially appreciated at this time (during the coronavirus pandemic). By far the best experience we’ve had with a real estate agency. Very impressed with their approach to the renter - treating us with respect. Sounds ridiculous but in the past I have found most agencies only care about sales.
