The Harcourts team were delightful and very responsive when I rented a property. I was moving from Queensland and unable to view the property myself so Kayla filed a walk through for me. Signing the agreement was easy. A bit of a glitch in communication around utilities but rhe team sorted this out to my satisfaction promptly.

Having recently had a change of tenant in less than ideal circumstances. The support and assistance provided by the team with a special mention to Taylah our property manager who has been great. We changed agencies due to an ownership change but I can say that all dealings we have had with the agency have been professional and supportive and in the best interest of our property and supporting us remotely. This has been even more appreciated through recent challenging times.
