I am very happy with my decision to choose Harcourts to manage my rental property. It's the first time I have both built a house and then handed it over to tennants and the reason I chose Harcourts is threefold. Firstly Harcourts had a prominent presence in the area, secondly the reception I received when I first entered the office in Huonville was typical of the good old fashioned atmosphere that is fast dissapearing from many businesses, and as such is a comforting and tacit reassurance of the values held within. Lastly the honest and friendly no-push attitude of the rental property manager Josh. He went about his business professionally and found my tennants with the minimum of fuss in the short time allocated. I trust his choice of tennants to be a perfect fit for my property and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Harcourts for the coming years which frees me up to follow the dream of being a grey nomad. Who knows, I might buy a nother house in another state and would definately look out for the Harcourts agency wherever that might be. Well done to all.

Have only just started renting out our property through Harcourts, they have however been exceptionally helpful. They marketed the property and helped us through the process as we are new to it. Also there were some issues with the property that needed to be sorted and they facilitated that, arranging quotes etc, all done very quickly and reasonably. All phone calls were responded to promptly and dealt with expeditiously, we are more than satisfied so far. Just to add, they were the agents we bought the property through and this was why we are using them as managing agents, the whole buying process was very positive for us, (which is often very far from the case). We would certainly recommend them to prospective investors or house hunters for that matter.
