We have a house in Cygnet which we rent out through Harcourts. We live in Victoria so are unable to deal with the day to day issues that arise with tenants and work needed on the house. The team at Harcourts led by Josh Salla Tenna have been outstanding representatives of us in all local dealings.Especially in recent times as the house was not rented for 7 months as damage due to drugs made the house unlivable. The work of Harcourts under these difficult circumstances was outstanding and I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone looking for a good agent of integrity and pro-active intervention where necessary. I am very happy with my decision to choose Harcourts to manage my rental property. It's the first time I have both built a house and then handed it over to tennants and the reason I chose Harcourts is threefold. Firstly Harcourts had a prominent presence in the area, secondly the reception I received when I first entered the office in Huonville was typical of the good old fashioned atmosphere that is fast dissapearing from many businesses, and as such is a comforting and tacit reassurance of the values held within. Lastly the honest and friendly no-push attitude of the rental property manager Josh. He went about his business professionally and found my tennants with the minimum of fuss in the short time allocated. I trust his choice of tennants to be a perfect fit for my property and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Harcourts for the coming years which frees me up to follow the dream of being a grey nomad. Who knows, I might buy a nother house in another state and would definately look out for the Harcourts agency wherever that might be. Well done to all.
