Have only just started renting out our property through Harcourts, they have however been exceptionally helpful. They marketed the property and helped us through the process as we are new to it. Also there were some issues with the property that needed to be sorted and they facilitated that, arranging quotes etc, all done very quickly and reasonably. All phone calls were responded to promptly and dealt with expeditiously, we are more than satisfied so far. Just to add, they were the agents we bought the property through and this was why we are using them as managing agents, the whole buying process was very positive for us, (which is often very far from the case). We would certainly recommend them to prospective investors or house hunters for that matter.
