I’ve dealt with some truly awful property managers in the past, so my expectations were honestly pretty low. Kayla has completely changed that experience. She has been nothing but helpful, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process of moving new tenants into my property after my old tenants left the place in a questionable state. Even when Kayla has been unavailable, she has made sure everything was still taken care of, with Tanaya stepping in to ensure my tenants were moving into a clean and well-prepared property.
