Coming from interstate it was difficult negotiating the steps needed going to a new area. However, Tanaya was extremely understanding of the difficulties online applications cause and patiently assisted us through the different stages. She always returned my phone calls and followed up when needed. Going from Alice, Maddie and Fraser, all young people, it has been a pleasure dealing with them.
