Great experience!
Harcourts have really impressed me going out of their way to help me move in quickly. Their processes for welcoming and supporting new tenants are comprehensive and they even give you a little gift on move in day. It is unusual to find a company that is good at providing a positive rental experience as well as respecting and communicating the landlords needs.

I’ve had a few different agents through Harcourts, and all of them have been great communicators, which has been really important for me as an interstate owner. They have told me what I needed to know simply and quickly, talked options with me, and provided service to my tenants promptly. I have been so happy with their service.

Excellent delivery model
We bought and then subsequently rented with Harcourts. We always appreciated their intense local knowledge, their honesty, and commitment to finding us the best house and the best tenant. We didn't buy with the intention of renting out, but circumstances changed and they took us through what was a very new thing for us. Terrific work
