I found our agent easy to communicate with and knowledgeable regarding the current market. The agent was open to discussion and negotiation regarding rental price to achieve the optimum outcome for us and the tenant. On occasions when calling the office my agent has been unavailable, however It was pleasing to have my calls and/or emails returned promptly to enable efficient progress with the tenancy.
