Our Experience with Shaelagh was Excellent. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the house and the process and was very clear when communicating with us. Whenever we had any questions, no matter how silly they seemed, she was always there to help. Finance took a bit longer for us than expected, but not once was Shaelagh pushy about it, she was very patient whilst we got things sorted on our end which made the whole process easier for us all. Definitely recommend Shaelagh for an realestate needs in the future.

We found Nick to very professional throughout the entire sale process – right from our very first discussions with him and his team, throughout the marketing campaign, right through to sale and settlement. As a long time resident of the Huon valley, with extensive local knowledge, and many years of experience as a real estate agent in the area, his understanding of the market is very impressive, and he was always ready and able to bring all that perspective and insight into our relationship throughout the entire process. And his whole team, most notably Nikita Andrews, were equally impressive. We went onto the market at a tricky moment, when the market had stalled somewhat and there were not a lot of buyers around, so it became a longish haul, a bit of a roller coaster, but Nick and Nikita and the whole Harcourts team hung in there, and managed to help keep me sane… All in all, it was an enormously interesting and highly educational experience. And we were entirely satisfied with the outcome.
