Lena has done a fantastic job in the sale of our Mum's house where Mum has lived for the past 60 years, so there was a bit of emotion involved from siblings. Lena handled all siblings' questions and dealt with organising the removal of items from the property, to make it ready for settlement, along with a Building Inspection we requested to be done for complete transparency. All this was done in a professional manner and considering we are all in different parts of Australia I am sure it could have been a much harder exercise with a different agent.
