John acted promptly, and I was never left waiting for answers when I had questions. The property transaction was very simple and straightforward. The only downside to working with John was when the seller didn't accept my first offer; John advised me and completed the message with "Sorry we couldn't make this work", not really leaving room for me to increase my offer. I did, however, increase my offer to meet the seller's expectations and the offer was accepted. Thank you, John, for such a seamless transaction and for responding within reasonable timeframes.
