Buying interstate requires the right people, and Alex gave me all the information l needed quickly and went out of his way to secure this information for me. He knew what was a fair price for this property and l think myself and the seller were happy with the outcome. Shabash was excellent ! As soon as he was given the opportunity to sell this property , he was onto it straight away . Within days we had an offer above our expectations. It wasnt easy as he had to deal with tennants , another managemnet company and other various parties. But he managed to get it all done. Great Work !
