Felt like he didn't take us seriously as we looked at the property, felt a little judged about my level of preparedness and organisation as well which is unfortunate. Wasn't particularly communicative over SMS either. However, once the offer was made and accepted by the owner, it went smoothly and he became friendlier, more personable, and communicative to a tee.
